Young Chipping Sparrow and Mom
I love nature and the creatures that make it a wonderful, enjoyable world to live in. It is better than watching TV!
This past June while we were camping at Kentuck Campground along the Great Allegheny Passage in Ohiopyle, I had the pleasure a watching this cute little Chipping Sparrow and his mom.
They would visit us several times a day to get the bread we left for them, and finally they got to the point where I could take these (and many more) awesome photos of them!
The little guy was fine eating by himself when his mom wasn’t around.
He was having fun hopping around, getting the bread and eating like a “big boy”.
But when the mamma sparrow came back, the little baby suddenly “forgot” how to get his own food!
We watched him as he “played” his mom – FEED ME, FEED ME.
He was so funny to watch and at one point he grab the bread for mom and took off!
